Basics of the Studio
The Studio Programs activate regenerative purpose and vision as a main objective, while improving individual and systemic business performance, including:
impact, finances, connection to land, collaboration, innovation, value, resilience, revenue streams, stakeholder relations, etc.
The Programs are guided by experienced Life-centered strategist, Carolina Fdz-Jansink (bio here), and are personalized according to the organization´s unique location (bioregion), stage of development, profile, and existing level of regeneration.
For 10 years the Studio Programs have served regenerative pioneers, being continuously curated for depth, efficiency and innovation.
The duration of the program varies between 7 to 10 weeks, and between 20 to 50 hours total, per activation cycle.

Cascading’s Studio is a unique guided journey that is personalized to the Life of your Place and to your business’ unique needs, wants, potential and drivers. It is guided by Cascading’s Life-centered Strategist expert, Carolina Fdz-Jansink.
It is also a program with online materials and outdoor activities.

The Studio is an online program, designed for as little screen time as possible. With mobile-friendly audio, video and simple form components, you can participate in the Studio from anywhere.
For instance, by walking and listening to the online material, and reflecting on the contemplative and self-reflective questions, the participant can more fully translate and apply Living Systems knowledge to the different components of the business.
The program allows, both, to access content online independently, and to be guided via one-on-one sessions with Cascading’s Life-centered Strategist expert, Carolina Fdz-Jansink.
Through personalized curated content - to apply knowledge-, and experiences - to heighten knowing-, we simultaneously work towards inspiration and execution.

The Studio may contain between 7 to 10 modules. This depends on the chosen Studio version, and the personalized process, which will address certain or all of the components of the business.
Each module spans one week, and between 3 to 5 hrs per week. This brings a total time commitment of 7-10 weeks and between 20-50 hours total.
Overall, the Studio contains videos and audios, reference sheets, workbook documents, prompting guiding questions, guided self-assessments as well as one-on-one live sessions.
